Discover Lhasa – explore the city’s ancient architectural treasures; the grand Norbulingka Palace, the even grander Potala Palace, the Jokhang Temple, and the Drepung and Sera monasteries.Walk through the small alleys of old Lhasa and experience Tibetan religion and culture.
On the very first day of your trip, you will experience something truly Nepalese; traditional Nepalese dinner. But rest assured our representatives will be there to pick you up at the airport, help you check in to your hotel and then take you out for dinner.
You will spend the second day sightseeing around Kathmandu - there’s the monkey temple, the Boudhanath Stupa and some ancient heritages of Nepal to be visited.
You’ll be picked up from your hotel by our representatives who’ll transfer you to the airport and help you board your scenic flight to Lhasa.
You’ll start the day with a tour to the Potala Palace and spend two three hours exploring the grand building. Later in the afternoon you’ll visit the Jokhang Temple, a spiritually important place for Tibetan pilgrims. Finally you’ll visit the Barkhor Bazaar before heading back to your hotel.
Another day of sightseeing - drive 10 kilometers west of Lhasa to the Drepung, one of the biggest monasteries in the world before driving back to the city for lunch. Later in the afternoon visit the Norbulingka Palace, the former summer palace of the Dalai Lama.
Your last sightseeing day in Lhasa - visit the Sera monastery, explore the hidden alleys of old Lhasa and discover the inner part of the city.
Fly back to Kathmandu and spend the rest of the day strolling around the eateries and souvenir shops of Thamel.
An entire day in Kathmandu for yourself. Eat as much as you want, go shopping or do nothing at all! If you’re not travel weary, we’ll take you to the Last Resort for an adrenaline pumping bungee jumping adventure.
