Day 2

Day 4

A whole day to explore Darjeeling - visit Chaurasta, Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park and Yiga Cholang Buddhist Monastery.

A two hours drive will take you to Manebhanjyang from where the hike begins. Today’s destination is Tonglu(2800m), from where you get a great view of the Kanchenjunga peak.

Day 6

The trail between Sandakphu and Phalut is mostly flat and the hike is quite easy. Phalut lies near the junction of Nepal, Sikkim and West Bengal.

The trail to Rammam is mostly downhill until the village of Gorkhey. From thereon the trail between Phalut and Rammam is mostly flat.

Day 9

The last day of hiking is quite pleasant as you walk along a mostly flat trail, past meadows and small hamlets. Today you’ll stop in one of these villages, Rimbick.
